Think Baking Mix, but for Protein Bars. There’s a gap in the protein bar market—people are obsessed with protein, but current options fall short. Many bars either have low protein and recognizable ingredients, but with mediocre taste, or taste better but are packed with unhealthy additives like gums and seed oils. I wanted to create a protein bar that combines fresh, homemade flavor with high-quality ingredients and a solid protein boost. My protein bar baking mix makes 12 bars total and customers get to select if they want to use Vegan Protein or Whey Protein, which allows for customization. All ingredients are easily recognizable, and the result is a high protein bar you can enjoy daily.
