Protein Vegan Strawberry Chocolate OneSeed Granola
**Ingredients** * 1 bag OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix * 1/3 cup Tejari Strawberry Chocolate Protein Powder * 1/4 cup peanut butter * 2 tbsp honey * 2 tbsp maple syrup * 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil * 1 tsp cinnamon * 1/4 tsp nutmeg * 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt * 1/4 cup raisins * 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I like Hu Kitchen or Wilderness Poets, sweetened with coconut sugar) * 1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries, roughly crushed **Steps** 1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until just softened and easy to stir. 3. In a large bowl, mix OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and Tejari protein powder. 4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated. 5. Spread onto the baking sheet and press down firmly to create clusters. 6. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°F. 7. Remove, gently break and flip sections, then return to oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until lightly golden and crisp. 8. In the last 3 to 5 minutes of baking, add raisins and chocolate chips. 9. Let cool completely to set and crisp. 10. Once cooled, mix in crushed freeze dried strawberries. 11. If you don’t want your chocolate chips to melt, you can add those at the end with the strawberries.

**Ingredients** * 1 bag OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix * 1.5 ripe bananas, mashed * 1 large spoon Greek yogurt * 1/8 cup beetroot powder * 1/2 tsp baking powder * Pink sprinkles (I like Supernatural) **Steps** 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add Greek yogurt and mix to combine. 3. Stir in beetroot powder and baking powder. 4. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and mix until a soft dough forms. 5. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and lightly flatten. 6. Bake for 9 to 13 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are set. 7. While still warm, use a heart shaped mold or cutter to shape each cookie. 8. Top with pink sprinkles while warm so they stick. 9. Let cool to set.

**Ingredients** * 1 bag OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix * 1 egg * 1 large spoon Greek yogurt * 1 large spoon honey * Splash of vanilla almond milk * Butter (for pan and topping) **Steps** 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a baking pan. Option to line with parchment paper and skip butter. 2. In a bowl, crack egg and whisk lightly. 3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, and a splash of vanilla almond milk. Mix to combine. 4. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and mix well until a soft, cookie dough like consistency forms. 5. Transfer dough to the pan and mold into one large bar. 6. Lightly brush butter on top. 7. Bake for 11 minutes, until set. 8. Let cool, then slice into bars. 9. Top with peanut butter, almond butter, or jam for extra flavor and sweetness.

**Ingredients** * 1 bag OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix * 1/2 cup protein powder of choice * 3 eggs * 1/4 cup honey * French Squirrel Chocolate PB Dates, chopped * French Squirrel Date Peanut Butter **Steps** 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line or lightly grease an 8x8 pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and honey until combined. 3. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and vanilla protein powder of choice, whisk until fully blended. 4. Fold in chopped dates. 5. Pour batter into prepared pan. 6. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, until set. 7. Add dollops of French Squirrel peanut butter after baking and gently swirl or press in. 8. Let cool completely, then slice into bars.

Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, combine maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, all spice, and salt. 3. Add protein powder and mix to combine. 4. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and chopped dates. 5. Pour wet mixture over dry and mix until fully coated. 6. Spread onto baking sheet and press down to form clusters. 7. Bake for 30 to 38 minutes at 250°F. 8. Turn oven up to 400°F for 2 minutes at the end to crisp, watching closely so it doesn’t burn. 9. Let cool completely to set and crisp.

Preheat oven to 350°F and line or lightly grease an 8x8 pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and honey until combined. 3. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix and strawberry protein powder, whisk until fully blended. 4. Fold in chopped fresh strawberries. 5. Pour batter into prepared pan. 6. **Ingredients** * 1/2 bag OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix * 1/3 cup Tejari protein powder * 1 egg * 1/2 to 2/3 cup cottage cheese * 1 to 2 tbsp MALK vanilla almond milk * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 4 drops of Supernatural flavoring (Elves Smells) * 1/3 cup Doughy chocolate chip cookie dough **Steps** 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, whisk egg and cottage cheese until mostly smooth. 3. Add almond milk and Supernatural flavoring, mix to combine. 4. Add OneSeed Protein Bar Baking Mix, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix until a thick, scoopable dough forms. If too wet, add 1 to 2 tbsp more mix. If too dry, add a splash more almond milk. 5. Fold in chunks of cookie dough. 6. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and lightly flatten. 7. Bake for 11 to 14 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers are just set. 8. **Ingredients** * Nancy’s yogurt * 1 scoop Armra Unflavored powder * Optional add ins (collagen, vitamin powders, vanilla protein powder) * Berries of choice * Granola (Lark Ellen Farm or OneSeed) * OneSeed Protein Bar, chopped **Steps** 1. Add yogurt to a bowl. 2. Mix in protein powder and any additional powders until smooth and fully combined. 3. Top with berries. 4. Add granola. 5. Finish with chopped OneSeed Protein Bar. 6. Serve immediately.
OneSeed Ice Cream Sundae
**Ingredients** * OneSeed Protein Bar, baked and broken into pieces * Alec’s ice cream * Cacao nibs (sweetened with coconut sugar) * The Date Lady chocolate sauce **Steps** 1. Add broken pieces of OneSeed Protein Bar to a bowl. 2. Scoop ice cream on top. 3. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. 4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. 5. Serve immediately.
